By downloading, accessing, or using the HerStay app or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use HerStay, you must meet the following requirements:

• • Be at least 18 years of age.
• • Identify as a woman or non-binary individual, as HerStay is a women-focused platform.
• • Provide a valid email address and complete the verification process.
• • Maintain only one active account per person.
• • Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Use of the Platform

HerStay is a community platform for connecting female travelers. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• • Use the platform for commercial solicitation without our consent.
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• • Share another user's private information without their consent.

4. Trips & Travel Arrangements

HerStay is a platform that facilitates connections between travelers — we are not a travel agency. We do not organize, book, or guarantee any trip, accommodation, or activity listed or discussed on the platform. Any travel arrangements made between users are solely at their own risk. HerStay is not liable for any disputes, damages, losses, or injuries arising from travel plans made through the platform.

5. User Content

By posting content (photos, messages, trip details, etc.) on HerStay, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform. You represent that:

• • You own or have the rights to all content you post.
• • Your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
• • Your content is not offensive, harmful, or in violation of our community guidelines.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

6. Community Guidelines

HerStay is built on trust and respect. All members are expected to:

• • Treat all community members with kindness and respect.
• • Be honest and transparent in your profile and interactions.
• • Report suspicious activity or behavior using the in-app report feature.
• • Respect other users' boundaries and privacy at all times.
• • Not discriminate based on race, religion, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation.

Violations of community guidelines may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, our community guidelines, or applicable laws. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HerStay and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or financial loss resulting from interactions with other users or travel activities arranged through the platform. Your use of HerStay is entirely at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
